In Hawaiian culture the shark tooth is believed to protect it's owner from danger and provide personal power. This necklace is dedicated to Kamohoalii (lit. Hai. King of Teeth) who is a powerful Hawaii God in Hawaiian mythology and the purported King of Sharks in the island culture.
